Wide selection... AWESOME! GREAT hours open at 8am on Saturdays... YES! They sell balloons and blow them up...ONE STOP PARTY SHOP! THANK YOU

If I had to rate this place a ZERO I would. Sherkia, whatever her name is rude, disrespectful and needs to be retrained in customer service. That employee will bring down that place. Her arrogance shows through her personality. They just lost this customer for good.

Great customer service from staff. My poor rating is due to not being able to try on Halloween costumes. Who wants to spend $50 or more on a costume that you can't try on in store or return if it doesn't fit!

It's a cute store, but but definitely needs some tlc and shaping up. There wasn't much to look at honestly. They were putting up Halloween stuff, so it's understandable that a few shelves where empty and boxes on the isles in preparation for it. But the main isle with little toys and treats for parties was pretty empty too. The giant gumball display was completely empty around it in the little candy spots. And was kind of hard to navigate around ladders, empty boxes, and bags. I wish it was kept up a little more because it used to be so fun. But I will say the staff that helped me check out was very nice! Also, they have plenty of balloons, napkins, and plates in different colors.

Every time I go in, they lose more and more items they no longer have anything for a football birthday party. It’s all for game day not the same. They also have no more NFL teams last time I was in there they don’t have invitations anymore what is the point of having a store if everything is online?? It’s a glorified balloon store.
